You need at least one Facebook account per connection — personal or business. DealerFlow manages each session independently, with optional proxy configuration for additional account separation.
Failed jobs appear immediately in your dashboard with full context. DealerFlow retries automatically up to three times with exponential backoff. If an account becomes unhealthy, it's flagged before it disrupts your pipeline.
All credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. They are never stored or logged in plaintext, and they never leave the server environment.
