Built with real dealerships

Shaped around live used-car inventory, daily account limits, sold vehicles, feed changes, and the failures a sales desk actually has to resolve.

Evidence over promises

Every operation has a durable status. When Facebook blocks work, DealerFlow surfaces the reason and private evidence when available.

Manual posting is a full-time job you shouldn't be paying for.

Without DealerFlow

  • Someone on your team is spending hours every week manually uploading vehicles to Facebook.
  • Price drops happen — your live listings don't reflect them until someone remembers to update them.
  • Vehicles sell — but stay live on Marketplace, wasting buyer attention and damaging your credibility.
  • No visibility into which listings are actually live, which have failed, or which accounts are frozen.

With DealerFlow

  • DealerFlow pulls directly from your DMS or inventory feed and posts automatically.
  • Configured price changes queue updates during your posting hours, with retries and visible failures.
  • Sold vehicles queue removal work, and DealerFlow flags anything Facebook or an offline Agent blocks.
  • One dashboard shows current job and listing status across each connected Facebook account.

The repetitive Marketplace work disappears.

Set the schedule, see every outcome

Tell DealerFlow when to post, how often, and which operations to run. Eligible work is queued on that schedule, retried when appropriate, and surfaced when it needs attention.

Clear answers before you book.

Will Facebook ban my account?

No automation vendor can promise that a platform account will never be restricted. DealerFlow is designed around human-paced schedules, account-level daily limits, configurable posting hours, and an assist mode when you want final review. You remain responsible for your listings and Meta's policies.

Where are my Facebook password and session stored?

They stay on the Windows computer running the DealerFlow Agent. DealerFlow's cloud receives job status and listing data, but it does not store your Facebook password or browser session.

Does the computer need to stay on?

Yes. The Windows computer running the Agent must be powered on, connected to the internet, and signed in for scheduled Marketplace work to run. The portal shows when the Agent is offline or an account needs attention.

Which computers are supported?

The local DealerFlow Agent supports Windows 10 and Windows 11 only. macOS and Linux are not currently supported. The DealerFlow web portal works in modern browsers.

Can DealerFlow work with my DMS?

DealerFlow accepts scheduled FTP/SFTP inventory feeds and DealerFlow-hosted SFTP delivery. We commonly map exports from systems such as Frazer, DealerCenter, DealerSocket, Tekion, and Carsforsale. We verify your exact feed during the demo before promising compatibility.

What happens when a vehicle sells or its price changes?

Your inventory feed remains the source of truth. DealerFlow queues the matching update or removal and keeps the result visible in the portal, including failure evidence when Facebook blocks an operation.

Can I review listings before they publish?

Yes. Use assist mode for a human checkpoint, or full autopilot for scheduled posting, updating, and removal. Posting hours, pacing, accounts, and daily limits remain configurable.

Is there a contract, and who handles setup?

Plans are month to month and priced per dealership location. Our team handles onboarding with you: portal setup, Windows Agent installation, inventory-feed mapping, account connection, and the first posting schedule.
