By accessing or using DealerFlow's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
DealerFlow provides a cloud-based platform that automates the posting, updating, and removal of vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace for car dealerships. The service includes inventory management, multi-account posting, automated scheduling, and real-time monitoring.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
DealerFlow operates on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is published on our website and is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions are billed per dealership location. There are no long-term contracts.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use DealerFlow only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your listings comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
DealerFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DealerFlow in the twelve months preceding the claim.

DealerFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook. The availability and functionality of Facebook Marketplace features are subject to Meta's policies and may change without notice.
