Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DealerFlow's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
DealerFlow provides a cloud-based platform that automates the posting, updating, and removal of vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace for car dealerships. The service includes inventory management, multi-account posting, automated scheduling, and real-time monitoring.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
DealerFlow operates on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is discussed during the demo and onboarding process and is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions are billed per dealership location. There are no long-term contracts.
You may cancel through the customer billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless an order form says otherwise. Any refund, credit, trial, or promotional terms shown at purchase or in an order form control over this summary.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use DealerFlow only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your listings comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
6. Customer Data and Service License
You retain ownership of the dealership, inventory, photo, listing, and account data you provide. You grant DealerFlow a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. DealerFlow retains ownership of its software, documentation, branding, and service technology. You may request an export of available account data before termination, subject to security, technical, and legal limitations.
7. Availability, Suspension, and Termination
DealerFlow depends on your Windows Agent, internet connection, inventory provider, and third-party platforms including Facebook. Operations may be queued, retried, delayed, or require human attention. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular listing outcome. We may suspend access to protect accounts, investigate misuse, address nonpayment, or comply with law. Either party may end a month-to-month subscription; provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective.
8. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. DealerFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DealerFlow in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Meta Disclaimer
DealerFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook. The availability and functionality of Facebook Marketplace features are subject to Meta's policies and may change without notice.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms and will post the revised date. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated as required by law. If you have questions or need the governing-law and dispute terms applicable to your order, contact us at support@dealerflow.app.
